Executive and Administrative Services

Track and monitor all incoming actions. Send e-mail to chiefs for distribution of actions to Action Officers (AO), approve actions and point of contact for related issues. Coordinate events for the leadership, assist with preparation of contracts review meetings by preparing room for briefing using specialized Audio Visual equipment, upload briefing slides and run the briefing from the computer. Ensure correct placement of names plates for senior leadership. Assist with the travel requirements, procedures and guidelines for staff within the Organization. Prepare travel order and produce vouchers using the Defense Travel System (DTS). Verify time and attendance, and provide assistance using the Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS). Manage and monitor calendars, resolve conflicts on calendar, schedule meetings and verify attendance. Ensure that all high lever meetings are covered by attendance of someone and provide executive summary. Attended weekly staff call and produce minutes. Track all documents requiring leadership s’ signature. Proof for grammar, correct format per the applicable established protocols and verifying that document has been staffed correctly prior to submitting for signature. Acts as a liaison Point of contact for all new employees, office moves, phone issues, computer problems, supplies, travel and other miscellaneous tasks. The functions are as follows:

Cost and Economic Analysis, Cost Modeling, and Better Buying Power Assessment

Develop, analyze, document, and review cost estimates through various analytical approaches, techniques, and via automated tools, Review the cost sections in program documents, Perform Business Case Analysis, Cost Benefits Analyses and Economic and Benefits Analysis Developing the cost section of the Earned Value Management, Program Concept Plans and Economic Viability Tool.  In details:

•Review or develop cost analysis documents such as the Cost Analysis Requirement Description (CARD)

•Use Automated Cost Estimating and Integration Tool (ACEIT) Model to develop stand alone cost estimates

•Conduct program Affordability Analysis on assigned programs

•Validation of ACAT III Program Office Estimate (POE).

•Prepare templates for EIS Program cost positions for ACAT III Level cost efforts

•Build Independent Cost Studies

•Develop methodologies, mechanisms and incentives for adherence to baseline schedules and cost profiles

•Analyze Better Business Program Cost Reviews and review Will Cost/Should Cost and support entry into ASA(ALT) Should Cost Database

•Participate on the DASA Cost Estimating, Cost and Performance Portal Review Team
